One account per user: Each individual may only hold and operate one MOH88 account. Owning multiple accounts — whether using the same or different information — is a serious breach of our terms. MOH88 employs advanced detection technology to identify duplicate accounts. If a breach is confirmed, all accounts involved will be suspended immediately and all balances, including bonus winnings, will be forfeited without compensation.

Account confidentiality: You are solely responsible for keeping your moh88 username and password confidential. When an account is suspended due to fraud or a serious violation, MOH88 reserves the right to forfeit all account balances, including deposits and winnings. Users whose accounts have been terminated due to a terms violation are not permitted to register a new MOH88 account using the same or different information.

By using the MOH88 platform, you agree that any legal action relating to this agreement must be initiated within two (2) years from the date of the incident giving rise to the claim. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.
